Episode 12 – Hamster Is A Top Geezer

Posted on July 31st, 2007 in Podcast Episodes by chris

Top Gear’s Richard Hammond, like the Fantastic Four, the Hulk and Spider-Man, came out of a horrendous accident with super powers. Previously only known as an admittedly very personable TV presenter, he is now a national treasure and super hero.

This episode is dedicated to Hamster, and the Hamster we all hope is within us.

Episode 11 – Carry On Blueprint

Posted on July 20th, 2007 in Podcast Episodes by chris

FOR SOME REASON, Chris and Greg’s senses of humour slipped back through some sort of time warp this week, and the podcast occasionally descends into what podcasts would have sounded like in the mid to late 1970′s.

Despite our Robin Asquith-esque bawdiness, we manage to cover a few interesting, alarming and downright stupid stories from around the world.

Please remember to take the Blueprint Podcast survey, so that we can get into your brain and find out what pops your pea.

Homer Simpson and the Cerne Abbas Giant.

This week’s picture is related to something we talk about in the podcast, so have a listen and you’ll know the score.

The Blueprint Listener Survey

Please do us a favour and fill in this survey for us.

It’s nothing major, and we’re not going to use it to sell your soul. It’ll just help us to know who listens to the podcast in a general sort of way, and it should only take about five minutes.

Click here to do the survey. Please.

Episode 10 – Flies, Badgers and Squirrels, Oh My

Posted on July 14th, 2007 in Podcast Episodes by chris

Cartoon animals are well used to performing a range of tasks such as being spies, or seducing other cartoon animals. Apparently, though, the real life animal is now starting to turn its paw to the arts of war and espionage. Or maybe not.

Also, a man tries to sue God for breach of contract, and Greg tells the truth about China and garages.

A horny badger yesterday

Today’s picture is of a horny man-eating badger. Listen to the podcast, it’ll be explained.

Posted on July 12th, 2007 in General by chris

We’d like to send our best wishes to the children who were injured or otherwise affected by the major accident outside English Martyrs School on Catcote Road, Hartlepool on Wednesday, July 11th.

We wish the children, their families and their friends strength at what must be a terrible time.

If there’s anything we can do to help, let us know.

Cheers

Chris and Greg.

We’re back with episode 9, and we’re talking vicars, smoking bans, German football hooliganism, Marilyn Manson’s altercation with a cathedral, and Angelina Jolie’s knockers.

It’s all happening on The Blueprint Podcast.

We’ve got a MySpace page now, so you can be our friend if you like. It’s at www.myspace.com/blueprintpodcast

You can even leave us comments, which gives you the chance to tell us what you think of all this stuff we keep talking about. Go on, what’s the worst that can happen?

Episode 8 – Tony Tony Tony, Out Out Out

Posted on July 4th, 2007 in Podcast Episodes by chris

The British public have seen upheaval in the form of a change of leader, as Tony Blair left Downing Street and allowed his old sparring partner Gordon Brown a shot at the title. Also, a smoking ban came into force on July 1st at 6am, barring smokers from lighting up pretty much anywhere indoors.

The Blueprint are on the scene, also taking the time to talk about fleets of ducks and dead people who are actually alive.

Greggy played guitarrrrrrrr

In other news, Greg played his debut solo singer songwriting gig on June 30th, and played a blinder. To hear his music, simply point your computer at www.greghildreth.co.uk.
